14 red blocked me from the site after making a withdrawal. I spent £200 on the site before winning £635 they declined my withdrawal. They claim I already self excluded from an affiliated site that I wasn't aware of. They refuse to pay my winnings and or refund me the £200 I spent

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. 14Red do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.
14Red and the operators they are associated are known to employ predatory self-exclusion policies. These policies operator in a manner where they apply any self-exclusion to their whole group, offer players no reasonable way of knowing which sites form part of their group and conduct checks for excluded accounts only at the point of a withdrawal (i.e. after a player has won). In this manner they ensure that the most vulnerable players are allowed to play only when they lose while they refuse to pay out any winnings. They free roll gambling addicts.
Having discussed this issue with this group many times previously we can say with certainty that they will not change their position.
