Player's Complaint
18bet have confiscated about 2500 Euros and closed my account when i tried to make a withdrawal.
They wrote to me at mail
We are reaching you to inform you that our Anti fraud Department detected that your IP address is already in use by another account
And this is not true. I have never cheated. I only have my own account and have never logged in other accounts with my ip adress.

Sadly despite repeated efforts to contact this operator to discuss your issue we have received no relevant response. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
All we could suggest is contacting the operators ADR, Pardee Consulta Limited. Alternatively, if you wished to consider legal action our understanding is that GreenTableLegal.com offer a no win no fee service that specialises in the remote gambling sector.
