Hi, I played on 18bet almost 6 months ago and they still havent paid me anything (other than my original deposit)

I played with a welcoming bonus and completed the wager correctly, i had 8000€ after the wager.

Then i tried to withdraw the money. I sent multiple documents and verifications and they just kept asking for them.

Then one day i tried to log in and i was told that my account is closed via adminstration decision.

They said to me that i broke their terms of use and played with a shared ip (i didnt)

they said that they will pay me only the original deposit and nothing else. I find this very strange because i did nothing wrong! I used only my personal internet and didnt play with VPN. i hope you could help me with this one..
