Player's Complaint

I had a pending cashout for 2700 USD last June 16. I am a member of 18bet for almost 2 years now and I didnt experience any delayed or cancellation until my last transaction. My account is fully verified. I submitted and complied for all documents they inquired me to give. Strangely, since June 16 they just keep on saying that my cash out was under revision until today I checked my account and they cancelled it without telling me and didnt credit it to my account. Please help!

Hi karlharley99,

I've reviewed this issue fully with 18Bet.

Your withdrawals were cancelled by you or someone with access to your account. This can be confirmed via the transaction statuses - a different status is logged when the cancellation occurs via the users end rather than by one of the operator's agents.

Your account then placed a number of bets that resulted in losses. Communication records that the operator has provided demonstrate that you have been made aware of this and contest that you placed these bets.

Reviewing the log information related to these bets, the IP address that the bets were placed from corresponds to the same location you registered from and access your account from and the bets are in line with normal betting patterns on your account. In short, if it was not you that placed these bets it is very likely that someone you know has gained access to your account.

Operator terms regarding unauthorised access to your account are clear in this circumstance:

"We securely store the personal data which you have provided us with. On the other hand, you should ensure that your username and password do not become easily accessible by third parties, as any transactions carried out via your account will remain your responsibility, whether you have given authorisation for such actions or not. If you suspect that your username or password have been obtained by others without you having given prior approval, you should immediately change your password in order to avoid further unauthorised actions."

Unfortunately, the above being the case there is nothing further we can do to help you.
