They refused to pay me a win by referring to supposedly several registered accounts from the same ip address, but they did not refuse to accept a deposit from me and having won my money by winning a deposit a deposit, I was ready to provide identification documents, even theoretically there can be several users on one ip but I am alone

Also - operator terms are clear on this point: you cannot share an IP address with another user. You agreed to those terms. Your IP address is your responsibility. If the operator can demonstrate that you have shared an IP address with another user there will be nothing we can do to help you.
