I attempted to make a withdrawal of $3263.75 Euros on 22 March 2023.
Emailed support 11 April to what was happening as I wasn't paid yet. They continued to send the same response for 2 months saying they are looking into it but no resolution has been reached with them and I don't see one realistically being reached contacting them myself as they just copy paste the same response.
My account is fully verified and I have successfully made withdrawals from them previously until I tried to withdrawal the remainder of my balance to take my balance with them to $0.

Below is one of their latest responses. They are all similarly worded and they never email me with any updates afterwards.

We apologize for the delay in your payout and understand your frustration. Please know that our team is currently investigating this matter to determine the source of the delay.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We will keep you informed throughout the process, and we are committed to providing you with a satisfactory resolution.
We understand that timely payouts are important, and we apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused. Please rest assured that we are taking your concerns seriously and we are doing everything we can to resolve this matter."
