Player's Complaint

I won £3500 when i log in another day £0.02 was left in my account.

I contacted support and they block my account and send me by email that i played to 0.I showed them proof as im recording my games...

Now its 2 weeks and always when i contact them they say its in review at the moment ... 2 weeks the same!!!

We have reviewed this issue with the operator and unfortunately we cannot uphold your claim.

System records demonstrate that the play in question took place on the same device as your other playing sessions and from the same IP range that you ordinarily accessed the site from. The bet sizing was in line with your historic play. In short if the play was not you it was someone who had access to your device and account information. The operator can not be held responsible for the security of your device and account information.

Sorry we cannot be of further help.
