I had an account with 666 casino when they were owned by a compmay called White Hat Gaming. The site was bought by Aspire Global and my account disappeared. I had over £1,000 in the account. I've tried many different email addresses for 666 casino and Aspire Global. All I got back is automated generic emails or just being told that according to them I have no account. I still have emails to prove the account existed but no one is willing to help me with this. I'm not sure who is responsible for the account of it's the old company or the new one. I've been trying to get my money back since January, but I'm getting nowhere. All I want is my money back but I don't know what to do next. I tried the live chat but they couldn't help me either because according to them, the account doesn't exist. I really hope you can help me with this as I don't know what do to
Hi jw1903,
I've spoken to White Hat Gaming about this matter. Any cash funds in your player account, if you had not withdrawn them, would have been returned to your payment method on after the 7th of December.
Can you please check your payment account and confirm that you have not received a refund?
Thanks,
ThePOGG
Hi there
I checked my statements from December last year and nothing was paid back into the account. I did order a new card for the account because I lost the original, so maybe it couldn't be sent. But there was no contact from the company to say that. I am happy to download my statements and send them as proof to whoever might need to see it
Thanks

I've sent all the documents and a bank statement and I'm waiting to hear back. I've sent a follow up email, there seems to be some confusion about what company the documents have been sent to. I have cc the pogg in the follow up email so you can see the full conversion
Thanks

Hi jw1903,
Thank you for your emails.
As detailed above, it is White Hat Gaming, the previous license for 666Casino, that have your funds. Please follow the instructions in the email from Aspire Global and forward your documents on to White Hat Gaming.
Thanks,
ThePOGG
