I used a free spin bonus code the terms indicated as long as I did not use a free bonus code prior to this one I would only need to meet the play through requirements . This coupon was a coyote40 which I received 40 complimentary spins. I played and hit two plus jackpots during which time I was meeting all my play through when my account indicated my winnings were now withdraw able I requested $2000 of which only $200 they honored . the casino stated it had a $200.00 max withdraw I read over the coupon and it doesn't state that. Also I asked where the balance of $1800 was they said I couldn't have that either not even to play with because if I won again I wouldn't be able to keep it

I've been going back and forth with the operator regarding your issue for the past few weeks. Most recently they've informed me that this issue has been resolved and you are now depositing and playing with them happily. Is this correct?
