I deposited 1K, got error page (sorry I dont have the screen shot it was too fast) my money was sent to them but never got money into Amok account, never came back into my bank neither, no idea where it went. Will not deposit or play more until problem is resolve. Site seems to have lots of bugs and errors

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. yes, I contacted many times their customer support, I send them everything they asked for, bank statement and stuff, they told me their payment department will notice me by email if the problem is resolve. Never got a email from them.

Hi Brutalisk101,

Our understanding is that this was an issue at Gigadat's end and that the operator needs you to contact Gigadat to resolve it.

I may be incorrect, so I will not guarantee this, but I think the operator's expectation is that Gigadat will return your funds AND they have restored your balance.

Amok Casino should have emailed you instructions today, but you should contact Gigadat on [email protected] and they should be able to locate the failed transaction with reference number [EDIT].

Gigadat resend the money into my Amok account and told me there was a error in their system, but everything seems to have been resolved, thanks for your help. You can now closed this case.
