Resolved - Both the submitting complainant and Avalon78 Casino have informed us that this issue has been resolved and the player has received their funds.

Player's Complaint
Avalon casino has blocked my account without any notice. There was still a pending withdraw of 700 euro in there.
I did not break any T&C. They are not responsive did not get any email regarding my remaining balance.
I would like to have my balance refunded to me.
