Hello, I noticed you have a great review on betiton and that you guarantee to return the deposits if I am treated unfairly. I am having problems with them since 2 weeks ago. I had placed bets with them with my own money, have not used and bonuses, I placed bets that they offered with the limits the are offering, and when I checked I had around 1250€ in my account. Then when I tried to log in later my account was suspended and I was told this via email: We would like to inform you that your account has come to our attention due to discrepancies identified during our regular security checks. Then I tried to contact them via live chat for some explanations but only got the same copy paste answers as in the email. When I told them to please withdraw the money that is in my account as I can not log in, they told me I have 0€ in my account, even when a few hours before I checked and there was over 1200€ there. they told me that all of my bets were voided. Now they can void my pending bets and return the bet, but how can they void the bets there were settled a month ago, or a week ago, and take the winnings and the bet ? This makes no sence, and they offered no explanation, no evidence of what I have done, nothing at all. And they have done the same to my accounts with karamba and hopa. Where I also did not use any bonuses, I did nothing to cheat them, used no bets to cover the lines with them or anything, I just normally placed bets that they offered. I contacted MGA and was told to contact you as their ADR and ask for your help, So please help me with this if you can do anything as this does not seem fair, and they can not behave like this. The money on the account is mine, and I deserve to receive it as I have won in fairly.
Hello, thank you for your help, I did not know if you have been in contact for hopa, karamba and betiton problems so I opened a new complaint just to be sure. As it has been over 2 weeks now and still they do nothing and I can not access my account or my funds. And no I did not know you had this promotion when I signed up, as I never expected something like this would happen when they have such good reviews and a licence from MGA. I hope you can help me in this matter as they simply ignore my emails and act like I have no money with them.
