Player's Complaint

I made a deposit and played sportsbeting on betiton. After placing several bets I had 900 euro. I asked for withdrawal. After 2 days I got email asking me documents for verification. I sent all documents they asked. Everything was fine until another 2 days when I tried to log in to my account but then my account was suspended. I contacted them on live chat and they told me that my account is closed and that they will refund my deposits and take my winnings. I asked them why, they told me manager decision and nothing more. After that they returned my 100 euro deposit back to my skrill account. I asked them several times what is the problem and they wont tell me, just manager decision. They took 800 euros from me! Can you please help me to get my remaining 800 euro? Thank you

Hi caparot,

I have reviewed this issue with the operator and sadly we will be unable to uphold your claim. Each of the bets you placed were made after the outcome of the bet was already know (due to short delays in the system closing the market). As such they are subject to the following term:

"Where we have reason to believe that a bet is placed after the outcome of an event is known or after the selected participant or team has gained a material advantage (e.g. a score, sending off etc.) we reserve the right to void the bet, win or lose."

Given the above these terms would be void.

Sorry we cannot be of further help.
