Betiton - Refusing cashout

Player's Complaint

I deposited money (1500 euro) to Betiton sporsbook on 25th of September 2021. I checked my account and it did not show any bonuses. On October 2nd I logged in and started doing live sports betting in Soccer and noticed that I needed more funds in order to do all the bets I wanted, so I deposited additional 1500 euro to the account and continued betting. When depositing I made sure I did not input any codes for bonuses. The day went well and I won 2196,33 euro, so my total amount was 5196,33 euro. Next day I come online wanting to do more betting and I notice that I have received a betting limit and could not bet anymore. So I proceeded to cashout. However, I noticed that I got 200 euro casino bonus with 35x wagering requirement from my second deposit, even though I did not input any promotion codes nor have I ever even been on the casino side of the Betiton website. So I asked support to remove the bonus and wagering requirement for it. They said that bonus will be removed. Few days passed and nothing happened, so I proceeded to contact the support again. This time the support said they could not remove the bonus and that I would have to complete the full wagering requirement of 7000 euro in casino SLOTS. I told them that how can I get a bonus without inputting any promotion codes or agreeing on receiving a bonus, or even being informed about getting a bonus. Now they are literally making me play casino slots in order to cashout my original deposit + winnings.

I would say that this is an absurd violation of my rights and in no way in accordance to gambling laws and regulations.

I ask you to help me solve this matter so I can get my original deposit and winning cashed out from the website. In addition, I would like you to investigate Betition and their way of forcing people to gamble in cases where they do not want to do so. I'm sure this is not an isolated incident.

In case you are not willing to help me or go further with the investigation, could you have a written answer why not, so I can forward my complaint and your answer to the next party.
