I won exactly € 20k with € 20 cash bonus This is how it happened: I lost € 25k in the last week, so I tell that on live chat and I get € 20. I still ask can I do withdraw and they tell me you can do withdraw, but I just had to complete the bonus wagering and then I could just do withdraw. So I play live evolution games as always and I win this time and ended up winning big and completing the wagering which allowed me to withdraw from € 20k (they don't tell me that I can only sit max € 10 when I asked.Otherwise I wouldn't even accept the bonus of €20, ) now they have confiscated my 20k me on the grounds that I bet higher than € 10 I hope you bring justice !!! Sadly there is nothing we can do to help you. Betive carry the following term which you agreed to at point of registration:

"17.4 Maximum allowed bet in Casino and Live Casino when having an active bonus is €10 per bet/spin."

If you have bet more than €10 while playing with a bonus you have breached this term, the operator are within their rights to consider the bonus contract void and reset both parties to pre-contract conditions.

but I ask them if I can withdraw with this bonus. and I have at another casino with exactly the same bonus and max bet € 10 still more than € 10 bet and still withdraw.

can you still write a letter to them please

Hi baskan010,

The practices at other casinos is not relevant to this discussion.

Unless you have been told that you were allowed to exceed the maximum bet before you did so, the terms of the bonus would stand.
