on September 21, 2018 ask the validation department if my account had any connection to any other account or data, because I had already trusted 880 dlls and wanted to play if I had any data link with another account told me to cancel, since winning would not pay me, the validatin departmen of bodog

the validation department of bodog replied that I did not have any connection that my account could use, 7 days after I earn 2300 dll I try to make my withdrawal and they tell me that my account is canceled due to having links with other accounts.what??

it was just what I asked them before playing and they told me there was no problem.

I only play virtual casino i dont interact with others players. My account is validated , i withdrawl before.I asked if there is a problem thay replied there isnot problem. I had the email comunications

Hi Maestra1993,

I've had an extended conversation with Bodog about this issue. They've informed us of numerous term violations related to collusion/multi-accounting. If what they have told us is true then we would unquestionably support the operator. However, Bodog have refused to provide supporting evidence to validate their claims.

That being the case we have two parties with opposing claims and no grounds upon which to draw a valid conclusion. As such this case will be marked 'Unresolved'.
