Requested winnings of £7,125 on 10th Dec. They repeatedly ask for documents which I keep submitting. I have done this repeatedly, they even came back and said ID didn't show all 4 corners when it clearly did. I have sent wife and I drivers licences, statement from wife saying bank and paypal accounts authorised for use, bank statements 3 months for both of us, paypal account ownership, statement of worth.... When I ring, the agent says all docs approved and its waiting on compliance. Yet chat agent says docs not approved so have resubmitted. Either way, docs have been provided and payment still hasn't been made. What should I do now? Thanks, [EDIT]
