Your complaint has only been partially received as you've used a prohibited character (&). If you would like us to review your claim, you will need to provide the rest of your submission.
However, inferring from the short text that we did receive above, it seems likely that you're going to say that the Casinozer terms and conditions name us an "independent website". Sadly Casinozer have not entered into any agreement with this service to manage complaints on their behalf and, Altacore NV properties have been consistently non-responsive to this service. We detailed this practice to you in your previous complaint about iWild Casino.
