I had quite a win at this casino. I made the third deposit in the end of August and won 8 110 EUR. Right after this I claimed the withdrawal and it is already end of December and my withdrawal is still pending…. I had a number of chats here, at the beginning they were telling me they needed to contact the senior management, they wrote me they would write me but this never happened. After further trying to contact them I received another message from them - they wrote me that they would need to contact the game provider because of the amount, they also wrote about the anomalies in the game history. This is such a nonsense… Anyway, they just ignore me in order not to pay the win...
