Player's Complaint
Hello,
Cozyno.com is using Master License No. 1668/JAZ. They state in their T&C's that they do not accept UK players but they have allowed me to play and deposit well over £1000 (I have asked for a list of all my deposits as my account is blocked)
I have emailed them various times with no response and when I go on live chat they just tell me to email.
I feel they are not a legitimate casino. I have asked them for ALL my deposits back as they even validated my account with proof of address which is in the UK!.
Can you please help?

Unfortunately I don't think there's anything we can do to help you in this case.
While Cozyno do not hold a UKGC license and are breaking UK law by accepting UK players, this is the responsibility of the UK government to police and ensure that unlicensed operators are not accepting UK players.
Unless there was something fundamentally unfair about the gambling transaction, we would not uphold a complaint against an operator simply on the basis of not holding the relevant license alone.
