Dealers - Refused payout changing reason for non payment

Found for the Casino - Dealers casino provide this players play history demonstrating that the player played both an excluded game and violated the max bet term.

While we have no reason to believe that the player did this intentionally, the operator are entirely within their rights to void all winnings. We would recommend to ALL players that they ensure that they have read and understood all terms and conditions before accepting a bonus at any online casino.

Player's Complaint

It was Dealers casino but for some reason you don't have them in the selection.

Its simple I won, they made up a couple of different reasons saying I breached when I clearly had not.

I asked for proof, they refused, then they wouldn't wait for me to locate mine but now I'm locked out of casino anyway. Now they say bank draft wont work and wont even give my money back I put I there unless I sign up to all these different places its just a really bad nightmare.

Just a quick update - while we did receive an initial response from Dealers Casino at the end of December, we've had nothing from them since. I've informed them of a deadline of the 20th of January to respond to this issue.

Hi cjmanning,

I have managed to get in contact with someone able to fully discuss this issue. They've provided me with both the transaction and play history for the relevant period. Having reviewed this, immediately after receiving a bonus you went on to play Roulette. Unfortunately this is a violation of the following term:

"Bets placed on all versions of the following games will not count towards your wagering requirements: Video Poker, Roulette, Quick Play, Hi Lo Fever, Baccarat & 3 Card Poker. If the player placed bets on any of the games mentioned above before the wagering requirements for the bonus have been met, we reserve the right to withhold any amount in excess of a player’s original deposit from a player’s withdrawal. "

Alongside this, when playing both Roulette and Slots your betting vastly exceeded the following term:

"If the player placed single bets equal to or greater than £5.50 or 15 percent of the bonus amount before the wagering requirements for the bonus have been met, we reserve the right to withhold any amount in excess of the player’s original deposit from a player’s withdrawal. "

Unfortunately with either one of these violations your winnings would be considered void. As such there's nothing we can do about your winnings.

With regard to your deposit, it is our understanding that you have since lost this playing with the casino and in fact have continued on to make other deposits. Can you confirm this? If so we would consider this issue concluded.
