I deposited 100e with the 100% welcome bonus on 24th of january 2021. Did the wagering that was requested and ended up with a saldo of 3560€. I withdrew that and sent all the documents that they asked me to. They banned me and couple days later I get this email from White Hat Gaming:

We draw your attention to the warranties set forth in Section 4 of the Warranty Terms at jackpotvillage.com/en-mt/terms , which expressly provide:
4.1 By opening an account with us and / or using the Website, you agree that:
you have a valid bank account or credit or debit card given your name or alternative payment method;
you are the legal owner of the money you have deposited, and the money you have deposited into your account has not been smeared with illegality and does not come from any illegal activity or source;
4.2 If any of the warranties set out in Section 4.1 (Account Registration) are false, your bet will be forfeited and we will not be liable to pay any winnings. We can also report it to the police, parents (in the case of underage gambling) and the appropriate regulatory authority.
We further refer to Clause 13 of our Terms and Conditions, which confirms that we reserve the right to close your account at any time and for any reason, and further stipulates that if you breach any warranties, we will void any winnings.
The following steps have therefore been taken:
1. Your account has been terminated immediately.
2. You have been banned from the group.
3. Accumulated profits / remaining balances have been confiscated.
Please note that if you try to open other accounts online, they will be terminated and any funds accrued will be forfeited.
I have not broken any of these rules or any other rules whatsoever. They paid me 2300€ on the same week that they sent me this email, but never paid the remaining 1260€.
I am the legal owner of my money and I have not done anything illegal to earn my money. I even sent them a copy of my bank transcript to prove that.
I insist that I have to get my 1260€ to myself. I have won that and legally I have my right to get my winnings.
I have a screenshot of my saldo when I deposited and of my saldo of 3560€. The ID for my withdraw is [EDIT], if that makes it any easier.
Note: Another casino working under White Hat gaming has not paid me 583€. It is a casino named 21casino.com. But I can't find it from the casino select menu above.
