Found for the Player - Digibet were absolutely in their refusal to discuss any player issues with any body other than their chosen ADR. It should be noted that all other complaints that were brought to us that surrounded this Backgammon issue were ultimately resolved by the Malta Gaming Authority resulting in all players receiving their funds. This was not a viable route in this case as Digibet are not licensed in Malta.
Hi, My name is [EDIT]. I live in Moscow. I played at stargames platform since xx.2012. I opened officialy 3 more nicknames through other sites (same network as stargames) on skill7, digibet and interwetten. My nicknames are: [EDIT], [EDIT], [EDIT] and [EDIT] accordingly. I verified all my documents long time ago. I also made withdrawals many times. on xx.2015 my 2 nicknames on stargames and skill7 were closed without explaining the reason. My balance was paid. On 08.2015 my other 2 nicknames were closed on digibet and interwetten, also without explaining the reason.
Surely those sites sharing same network with stargames and being stargames affiliates, closed my nicknames following order from stargames (both nicknames were closed at the same day). I received my balance from interwetten, but i didn't get it from digibet. The sum at the moment of closure was 1400 euro. Nickname [EDIT]. Since digibet is only an affiliate of stargames, and the decision of digibet account closure was made by stargames, my complaint is vs the stargames casino. I wrote a letter asking to clarify the situation to stargames and digibet. Stargames didn't answer at all, and digibet sent a formal response: If you think a complaint should be made vs digibet.com as well, I accept it. As far as i know this situation became usual on stargames. I know also at least 3-5 players ([EDIT] etc.) that were offended by this policy of closing accounts and confiscating balance without a reason. I ask for your intervention and help to get my money - 1400 euro, that stargames company confiscated with the help of its affiliate, digibet.
Kind regards [EDIT]
hi many thanks for your answer.i think you are right. i had 4 niks via digibet interwetten stargames and skill 7. me and other profitable players were closed. but all except digibet paid me my money and as i purpose digibet just robbured me. we all were closed after user agreement was changed ( they want see only casual and amateur players ) thx in advance Pikalov Igor
Hi leropaskin,
I've spoken with Digibet and they've made very clear that they are not willing to discuss complaints with anyone other than their chosen ADR. As such they will not discuss this issue with us at all.
Unfortunately, unlike the other properties you mentioned in this complaint, Digibet are licensed in Gibraltar rather than Malta. Had they been licensed in Malta we would have been able to contact the people involved in reviewing the other issues to assist with this.
As it is, all we can suggest you do is either contact Digibet's ADR, eCogra, or contact their regulator the Gibraltar Gambling Commission.
Sorry we couldn't have been of more help.

Hi leropaskin,
I'm afraid I think it's highly unlikely that StarGames had much to do with this issue directly. The operators you named are, as far as I can see, owned by entirely different groups. The commonality between them is that they all get their BackGammon games (and a few other games) from Greentube Limited which is a platform provider. If you've been restricted at all of these operators this is likely to be on instruction from Greentube. As such this complaint is only really relevant against Digibet.
I'll try and contact Digibet and see what they have to say.
Thanks,
ThePOGG
