good afternoon… the situation is very disappointing for me. I recommended the site to several friends and I always played with them. I managed to win some amount and requested a withdrawal in the amount of R$ 2,500.00, it always said that it was under analysis and they never released the money. I left R$ 4,000.00 in the account to play. they blocked my account and confiscated my money. they said that I violated a bonus code, claiming that I played over R$ 30.00. I never did and they never proved anything to me. they just blocked me and confiscated my money. I need to get this back! help me please!

We've now reviewed this matter in detail with the operator.
On the 12th of December at 01:22 server time you deposited 80 BRL for the first deposit bonus (100% up to 250 + 25 bonus spins) and received a bonus of 80 BRL. You played with these funds until your balance reached 0.08.
On the 20th of December at 11:40 server time, you returned and played the 25 bonus spins, winning a total of 33.25 BRL. The wagering requirement associated with these winnings was 35xwinnings, meaning you had a wagering requirement of 1163.75 BRL.
You then played till 11:53 server time, on the game Fire Spell, at a stake of 2 BRL, placing a total of 77 BRL in bets.
You started playing again at 16:35 on The Jungle Empire, again at a stake of 2 BRL. You played this game until 16:41, placing a total of 63 wagers and completing a total of 126 BRL of the wagering requirement.
You then switched to playing Hot Slot Mystery Jackpot Joker, again playing at a stake of 2 BRL. You continued at this level for a total of 19 spins, placing a total of 38 BRL.
Up to this point you had placed a total 241 BRL of the wagering requirement.
You then bought the bonus feature on Hot Slot Mystery Jackpot - wagering 40 BRL and breaching the maximum allowed bet term. You selected this option a further four times before completing the wagering requirements associated with the bonus.
Given that you did breach the terms and conditions that you agreed to when accepting this bonus, the operator are within their rights to consider the bonus contract void and reset both parties to pre-contract conditions. However the operator in fact decided to offer you a good will gesture of 450 BRL, which you accepted.
As such, sadly, we cannot uphold your claim.
