I withdrew £2800 on 12/05/22 to my PayPal account, on the 13/05/22 i received the confirmation email from Dream Vegas that my withdrawal was successfully processed. As of today i have not received my withdrawal in my PayPal account. I have been in touch with Dream Vegas on many many occasions to date who started an investigation into this matter. On 07/06/22 i received correspondence from Dream Vegas stating that the investigation is complete and there were no issues and to contact PayPal with details Dream Vegas gave to me. I contacted PayPal right away and gave them all the details i received from Dream Vegas to which PayPal used to run the search. PayPal found that the payment details provided by Dream Vegas were useless as they need the PayPal transaction id which every PayPal transaction has. I contacted Dream Vegas yet again asking the simple question of can they provide the PayPal Transaction id, to which they couldn't. I gave them proof from PayPal regarding this. Dream Vegas then sent more correspondence stating that their hands are tied and they are not going to help.
