tried so many times withdrawing from my cash balance at Dream Vegas thru "mastercard"same method I deposit before but always says my withdrawal transactions are not permitted always. I don't have bonus balance.
Their responses says withdrawal method not allowed in the future, talk to my bank, manually update my bank details.
First, I go to my bank, bank says no problem, I ask banking details and send to them through email a certificate/ letter to dream vegas with my bank account and hoping they could manually withdraw it and deposit to my account and yet no replies.
Second, manually updating my bank account details in My Accounts section in casino account as an alternate payment method is asking for an IBAN, in my country Philippines banks are using Swift code and everytime I try to input it says invalid, system do not accept
I chat with the support says they are not allowed to withdraw manually on my casino account, also the accounts team is not responding. Please help

I really appreciate your prompt response. Just inform you, I send email to DV today to follow-up because until now did not received reply from them since June 13,2020.
I also emailed the screenshots of emails and bank certificate in the email provided at [email protected] for your reference.

yes, confirmed I received email from DV that withdrawal was successfully processed but still now I have'nt received the money, wait 3-5 days they said. I will inform you if I got it. Thanks

my withdrawal again is not succesful, I received email from DV the other day June 29 asking other bank account/banking details based in UK. I provide new bank account details. Now process back from start, I have to wait again for their reply..

Since June 30, I do not hear good results, today, I folowup my withdrawal with dream vegas but nothing happen, as usual a support named steve replied, they have to review my documents again 1-2 days, on my email I give them many options to pay me, first by bank using transferwise with IBAN,second my previous bank account given before with Swift Code, or
by Skrill, Paypal or Neteller.. which is comfortable for dream vegas. Why is it hard for them to pay me if the given bank/account details necessary are given to them?

I followup dreamvegas but no more replies,
my transferwise GBP account in UK with IBAN, but it was too late the money is no more in the system for me to withdraw. Its already in their account. Why they could not directly deposit to my bank account in Philippines using Swift Code or by TransferWise UK GBP account. Both statement of account of my bank already with them. Please help
