Well I've been waiting for damb near a month for my bank transfer my bank searched for it found nothing. The casino asked for my bankstatement I gave them one also I gave a letter from my bank. They tell me there was a error okay then put the money back in my account yeah no they haven't done it they haven't done nothing for me. They won't get back to me this is so unfair

Our understanding is that the withdrawal was declined by your bank due to an error with the provided account number. The funds were returned to your account, you have played with them and have now submitted another withdrawal.
