Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolved their issue on their own.

I deposited 50€ but dreamz.com page gave me only demo games. Been discussing in online chat at least three (3) times, problem not solved. Gave then receipt of my deposit.
I have contacted customer service via email ([email protected]) four (4) times, asking my deposit to be returned, without getting any reply or response. Sent them again receipt of my deposit.
Looks like they have decided to keep my deposit and ignore all my attempts to contact them.
