Player's Complaint

I made two deposits about a month ago, and the casino's email confirmation somehow got stuck. I have tried many things so I could complete the confirmation with no luck. I have contacted the customer service multiple times and they have replied, but replies are always "your case has been forwarded to the branch taking care of such requests, we will contact you when there is an update". I have sent my bank account details which they requested like three weeks ago, but there has not been an update or response other than these customer service replies and that first deposit I made is already like a month ago.

Hey,

Yes I have, all of which more or less are the same thing as thank me for my email and say eventually the same thing; Your request has been noted but there is no response from the refund team about the matter yet and we will email you as soon as there is an update. There was an email maybe three weeks ago where they asked me to provide my banking details, but there still has not been any advance of any kind after I provided this information.
