Player's Complaint

I have played and spent a lot at Dunder Casino. I have spent over $20,000 there. I have been treated poorly on their chat service; I have even been disconnected on purpose, which is akin to being hung up on. On April 6, 2018, all of a sudden I could no longer make deposits. When I contacted the site to advise them if this they told me that they didn't know what the problem was and just to wait for it to be fixed. I requested a couple of no deposit bonuses in order to play a little while the matter was corrected. They told me that they could not provide a bonus to me. Now, I can't deposit, can't play and have no means of trying to win any of my money back. This is entirely unfair and unjust. I feel as though once they got a bunch of money from me, they essentially stopped me from playing so that u could bunn ot win it back. I want all of my deposits refunded for unfair gaming practices by Dunder Casino. I have tried to communicate with them but have gotten nowhere.

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you in this situation.

If you are unhappy with the customer service you have received at Dunder Casino you are free to play elsewhere, but this doesn't have any bearing on whether on not the gambling transactions you engaged in are fair. Furthermore, the most likely outcome if you had been allowed to play more is that you would have lost more. Every wager has a House Advantage. Presuming that you would have won funds back is a guess favouring the less likely of the outcomes.
