Hello,
I sent an electronic e-transfer to Dunder Casino on Sunday July 26th, the amount was not debited into my players account and they are claiming it was rejected by my bank, my bank verified the transfer and I have sent them the documentation, showing the e-funds were transfered and now they will not return my funds. Help.
Hi tasoula70,
Dunder inform us that they have requested a bank statement covering the dates the 26th of July to the 6th of August from you. Please let us know once you have provided this document and we will revert to the operator.
Thanks,
ThePOGG
Hi tasoula70,

Hello my apologies for the late reply - I was away.
I did submit the document to them and still did not receive any information. Can I forward the information to you? If so, how can I upload it here? Or do you have an email I can forward the statement to? Thank you, [EDIT]
Hi Tasoula70,
I'm following-up on the above?
Thanks,

To summarise.
– Use of this service does not preclude your seeking redress through court proceedings .
– This service is free to use for both the complainant and operator.

– You are not obliged to obtain independent or legal advice or representation, though you may choose to do so.
If you have any questions about the above, let me know.
I'll contact the operator and see what we can find out for you.
