Dunder - Mt Secure limite permenteley self exclusion ignored

Resolved - Both the submitting complainant and Dunder Casino have informed us that this issue has been resolved and the player has received their funds.

Player's Complaint

I was informed that If I was self excluded under one licence that I should not be able to play on any other casinos under the same licence.

I have been permentley self excluded on rizk casino since 2016 , they have never uplifted my self exclusion as its permeant.

I manged to reopen my account with dunder and depoist 2940 euros when I should of never been able to reopen my account, as I am permentley self excluded under their licence of mt.

I should of never been able to reopen my account from 2016 as I was permentley self excluded on rizk casino which is under the same license, Please note I used the same information on both accounts.

Please note I was also signed up to gamstop from 2018 but i have been told this does not cover jersey resisence but either way I was permentley self excluded under their liscnce since 2016.

I demand a full refund of depoists made on dunder as I should of never been able to open my account as I was permentley self excluded on rizk casino mt licence since 2016 and still am to this day.

Hi chrisdc96,

Having reviewed this issue in detail, we are going to uphold your claim.

While your accounts at other properties run by this group have varied their registration details significantly enough that the operator cannot be faulted for failing to detect the matching accounts, your account at Dunder is almost an exact match in terms of registration details to your Rizk account and the MGA has asserted that the small variation would not be sufficient to remove the operator's obligation to carry the self-exclusion over.

Furthermore, while under ordinary circumstances a self-exclusion would not automatically carry over to other properties on the the license, in this instance, as both the operator chose to impose the exclusion and informed you that it would apply to all properties on the license, the self-exclusion should have carried over.

We have instructed the operator to make the necessary arrangements to process your refund. We would appreciate it if you could confirm when you receive your funds.
