I was playing magic stars 9 I won over 3000 dollars I tried to cashout and they wouldn't let me the took the money from my account and left me with 200 dollars they said I took a bonus free spins I didn't take any free spins when I confronted them on why the free spins weren't in my bonus history they cancelled my account and won't talk to me.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
