Found for the Casino - This player has opened more accounts than is allowed from a single device/IP/address and as such there is nothing we can do to help them.
Read our GoWild Casino Review.
I would like to make a formal complaint regarding over £3,000 bonus funds you have confiscated from me, with only 5% wagering left, that I believe was taken unfairly.
On the 8th August, myself - [EDIT], created an account for the first time at Go Wild Casino. Soon after depositing on my account, I surprisingly noticed that my account had been created in the name [EDIT] which I presumed auto fill had completed the name field when registering that I did not notice. I notified Go Wild at the soonest convenience that I need the name updating immediately. I was asked to send this in to your email address, which I sent a letter, driving licence and debit card photos, ALL in the name of [EDIT] at the correct address.
The debit card I used when depositing, was also in the name of myself - [EDIT], and all documents have been sent in as proof of evidence.
I am aware that Go Wild have been blacklisted on Ask Gamblers due to similar problems with avoiding pay-out, and I am confident that they are doing the same with myself, because it has worked out in their favour of not paying my £3,000 winnings over a small computer error, which does happen from time to time. If I had lost my deposit, and this was in their favour, I am confident again, that they would have had no problem changing my name with the correct documents provided.
This was an computer error made by myself, and I have corrected this mistake by sending Go Wild my ID documents, that matches my deposit information.
I would like my account unblocked, with the £3,000 bonus re-added, with 5% wagering left on the bonus. Alternatively, I would accept £1,000 cash to be put back into my casino account as I had a balance of £3,000 with only £400 left to wager (£2,600 profit minimum).
Please could you look into this ASAP as I strongly feel cheated out of my winnings.
Best Regards,
[EDIT]
Hello, I signed up on a laptop, which is a shared device in my household. [EDIT] is my partner, and it was his laptop I signed up on, as we share this device. [EDIT] does have an account with Go Wild, as we both play online casinos, however we always use our own debit card etc, however on this occasion it auto picked up his name when depositing, however it was my own debit card I deposited on.
however on this occasion it auto picked up his name when REGISTERING*, however it was my own debit card I deposited on.
Hi Slyon000,
In that case I'm afraid there's nothing we can do for you. GoWild Casino carry the following term:
"2.7. When opening the Player Account you warrant that i) you are not younger than 18 (eighteen) years old; ii) the details supplied by you are correct; iii) you are the rightful owner of the money in your Player Account; iv) you participate in the games on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person; v) you own not more than one account ("Duplicate Accounts").
2.8. We may consider Duplicate Accounts with the following criteria including but not limited to: i) accounts sharing the same email address; ii) accounts sharing the same phone/mobile number; iii) accounts sharing the same IP address; iv) accounts sharing the same billing address/household; v) accounts sharing the same device upon registration, login, deposit & gameplay; and vi) any other criteria that we may consider in our sole discretion."
Given that you have shared a device with another account holder, you will have shared an IP address and based on the fact that you are sharing a computer device with your partner it would seem very likely that you also share a household address there's no question that your account would be considered "duplicate" in this instance and as such void.
I appreciate that the name may have been an error, but I would strongly discourage you from registering with the same casinos as your partner in future. Few online operators allow this type of activity.
Sorry we cannot be of further help.

Hi Slyon000 - welcome to ThePOGG.com! Before we go any further I need you to tell us what device you signed-up on, what relationship [EDIT] has to you, why they would have shared a device with you and whether [EDIT] has an account with Go Wild Casino? Thanks, ThePOGG
