Player's Complaint

I received both a text message and email from the Vip manager, [EDIT], saying that she credited my account with $50 as Go Wild were partnering up with Microgaming and they wanted me to get back into the door at their casino. I have made a lots of deposits to Go Wild in the past so I was still considered to be a VIP member. I am a VIP with Microgaming and have made multiple deposits with them having deposited over $30,000 in my time. To my surprise I logged into Go Wild and surprisingly there was $50. I played and was very fortunate enough to have won. I risked losing my wins more than several times and then got it up to $14,000 and decided to withdraw. In the terms and conditions it states that once the play through required has met the bonus amount will fall into the cash amount in your account and you may withdraw. I withdrew the $14000, and was even given a successful confirmation and the funds were to be processed into my bank after 24 hours during business hours. I was so excited and planned out things that were desperately needing to be paid with my partner. When the funds finally came through I only received $1000 so I checked the transaction and they have confiscated $13000. I went through to my email and text message and there were no terms and conditions stated any where for this $50 credit. I went to their site to read their bonus terms and I could only see the play through requirements. It took me over a week to finally get into touch with [EDIT] as no one in support could help me with as I was only able to speak with [EDIT]. My funds were confiscated because she pointed out one sentence in their whole terms and conditions to state that max withdrawal from bonus is $100. I was absolutely gutted and so disappointed. I felt cheated and I surely wouldn't have even bothered to play the credit I received in my account to "get my foot back in the door" if I was told this. They paid me out $1000 and just took $13000. It was so devastating. Having a successfully processed receipt of $14000 to be processed and deposited into my account and then just "confiscated" from me is an absolute joke. I felt sick. Is there something you can do to help me get my winnings?!

Hi vanessah89 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Unfortunately there's not going to be anything we can do to help you in this instance.

All bonuses come with terms and conditions and where no terms are made explicitly available at the time the default operator terms and conditions are in place. Term 2.4 of the GoWild Bonus terms and conditions, specifically under the sub heading of No Deposit Bonuses and free games states the following:

2.4 The maximum withdrawal amount with any free no deposit bonus and free games (free spins) is $100 (or the equivalent currency).

If this $50 bonus did not require a deposit it is subject to the above term. While I understand your frustration and excitement at experience such a large win, GoWild have actually already given a good will gesture by allowing you to cash out 10x the standard amount allowed with a No Deposit Bonus.

Sorry we cannot be of further help,

ThePOGG
