signed up to Hey spin and played for ffew weeks depositing several ammounts. I then had a win of 3800 aprox of which i left my800 inmybalance and requested 3000.. I sent over all documents as requested. A coupke of later on checking with them i wastold it had been put on holdf as they thought i was on Gamstop..

After about 6-8 weeks of sending lots of different documents and at east two occassions being told the money had been sent they told me this was not going to be paidI do understand the rules however they had ample opportunity to tell me this before i sent liads of documents.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. The UKGC reserve management of this type of complaint issue to their own team. All we could do is suggest you contact the regulator.
