I have withdrawn the funds on 20th of October 2020 and they have still not been processed. I went on to the live chat 4 times to get a reasonable answer but were not given a timeframe or a deadline for it.
The company does not respond to any emails either [EDIT]. On top of that, my account was fully verified as I received an email from them on 21st of October.

I have received an email from them that they need to perform a ''larger security check'' which basically means that they will keep the money for as long as possible it is.
I have never encountered such a horrible withdrawal process with any bookmakers.
