Hopa - doesent pay my money

Player's Complaint

I made 80 euro deposit on and played sportsbetting. After several placed bets some winning and some loosing I hade more than 600 euro on my account. So I asked for withdrawal of 601 euro and got email asking documents for verification. I sent all documents asked from me. In meantime one of my bets was voided and hopa took my winnings for that bet. Winnings were around 60 euro and because I already asked withdrawal in my account were only few euros left so my account went in minus 54 euro. So hopa canceled my 601 euro withdrawal and made new one for me on 547 euro so my account wont be on minus but to be on 0 euros. At that moment they closed my account and my 547 euro withdrawal is left pending.

I contacted them and they told me that they closed my account for some business decision and they wont pay me nothing!

[EDIT] There are 547 euros in my account!!!!

Please help me to get my money back

Hopa casino has provided sufficient evidence to demonstrate that this account is unnaturally associated with other accounts in breach of terms and conditions. As such we will take no further part in the representation of this player's claim.
