I uploaded 450 euros to Hopa.com and I gained 1900 euros by playing football, withdrawing the money I earned, my account was approved, but they do not send my money saying that I violated the terms of use by mail. I did not make any violations, I would ask you to do your due . please help me

Hi yusuf99,

We've reviewed this issue with Hopa Casino and various 3rd party resources. Sadly we cannot uphold your claim.

The bet in question was placed on the 07/03/2020 at 14:02:18 server time. At this point in time the outcome of the wager was already known given that the goal in question was scored at 14:02:04. A technical error resulted in the market staying open for a short period after the outcome of the bet became known.

I would direct your attention to the following terms:

"19.9. Where we have reason to believe that a bet is placed after the outcome of an event is known or after the selected participant or team has gained a material advantage (e.g. a score, sending off etc.) we reserve the right to void the bet, win or lose."

and

"If we reasonably believe that you have received any winnings and/or bonuses as a result of an Error, we may cancel any winnings and/or bonuses and void any game and bet affected by the Error."

As is detailed in the above, where there is an error in play and/or where the outcome of the bet can reasonably be known before the wager is placed the operator are within their rights to void the bet.
