On 6 June I have deposited 9500, Which is immediately deducted and till date jony jackpot has not credited that amount on casino account as on 30-Jun-21. they have multiple time asked to contact my payment provider but when I have check with them they told merchant has confirm to my payment provider they have receive the amount service provided to me.
On 26-July-27 last they have asked for bank statement which is provided on on 27-Jul-21. Post that I have mailed 10 times but no response.

Understood still you have not received any update from jonny jacpot. See how they are responding. Since last 35 days I have not received money in casino account which debited from account.
I like to inform do not stay with Jonny Jackpot Specially Indian Player, They will took your money from bank account and not reflect to casino account.
Like me I am suffering since last 35 days. Money deducted from bank account on 8-Jun-21 and till today is 16-July-21 amount still not reflected in casino account. Even they are not bother to inform customer about the status, Even ADR has already raised issue with them before 15 days. But still they did not updated anything. [EDIT]
Money credited after 35 days in casino account. You may close the case.
