My deposit made to on 1st january 2022 at casino of INR 48000 is not yet been updated to my casino account nor refunded back even after 47 days..and even after providing all proofs and even letters from my bank stating the same..that the money is been credit to thier account where i transfered via upi method linked with their site.... They are continously lingering the matter even after more than 47 days that their technical team is looking the matter... Even when all proofs and statements , upi transfer refrence number, bank letters of transfers are been provided.. But no sign of refund even after 47 days.... I wld like [EDIT] to look into the matter..and if wanted i can supply with all the proofs and bank letters.... But wld like to help resolve the matter as soon as poosible... As Jonny is simply not serious in resolving it.... And creating trauma for me... Thanku

Hi jdu333,

I have discussed this matter with Jonny Jackpot. There was an issue with the payment processor wherein the funds were debited from you bank, but not credited to the operator. This issue was resolved on the 21st of February and the funds were then credited to your account. The operator also informs us that you have subsequently played these funds.
