Player's Complaint

I signed up to this casino and deposited £1000 and received an additional £1000 in bonus money. I decided to place £100 on my lucky number 4 on the roulette table and it came in first spin. I tried my luck a with a couple more spins but lost so decided to quit whilst I was ahead. I didn't touch their bonus money and so forfeited it when I made my withdrawal. The reason they gave me for not paying my winnings was something about bonus abuse. I didn't even use the bonus so how could I have abused it? I have spoken to the Law firm Green table and he said it is a strong case and will take it on but not until after the summer as they have other commitments at the moment. They suggested that I should speak to you first as you are the ADR for this company. I was not aware of this if so I would have contacted you much sooner.

Unfortunately Green Table Legal have given you some incorrect information in this instance. We are the ADR for White Hat Gaming for non-UK players. The ADR for UK players is eCOGRA.

We can look at your case if that is your preference, but we do not act with an ADR's authority in this matter.
