Jonny Jackpot - Refusing to pay out.

Ruling

Found for the Casino - The 'respin' feature of this game is a separate bet and subject to the bonus maximum wagering term as are all other bets.

Player's Complaint

Good Morning,

First of all I give you consent for you to look into this matter and discuss it with the Casino.

On the 18/09/2019 I signed up with Jonny Jackpot and made a deposit of £100 taking a 100%.

With the help of a nice 2000x bonus on Danger I managed to get a balance of £2000 which I submitted for withdrawal on the 25/09/2019.

My entire betting range for the thousands of spins it took to wager was 20p, 40p and £1 maximum which I can evidence through my transaction history.

On the 01/10/2019 I had an email stating I had breached the maximum £5 bet so therefore they would be removing the whole £2000 and returning £100 to the account.

I asked chat what bet and they stated a single bet of £15.74 was made at 15:23hrs on the 25/09/2019.

Firstly this transaction is not on my transaction history at all. I can provide a screen shot of this.

I then asked what game and I was told it was The Book of OZ Lock and Spin. I cant tell you what the stake was but it was less than £1. However, this is a new game which offers to re-spin a real for a price.

Whilst it is entirely possible I may have made a single "re-spin" for £15.74 the original stake is still locked at the amount (under £1)

I think there is clearly ambiguity involving this game?

Furthermore along with the ambiguity of whether this is a breach of the bonus terms it is one single transaction in thousands which I made? I have clearly not abused any bonus terms at all.

To take £2000 from me due to this is outrageous and unethical.

Could you please look into this matter.

Regards

Hi hydrobot - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. The addition of 're' in front of the word 'spin' is not sufficiently ambiguous to lead a reasonable person to conclude that a 'respin' in these terms is not a bet and is not subject to the maximum bet terms agreed in the bonus terms.

Sorry we could not be of more help.
