so i deposited 90 cad and didnt click on or ask about or wanted any bonus from these people but they gave me one anyways so i use my money in my balancve funds not useing any of the bonus money and won 200 or 300 its been so long i forgot the exact winnings never the less i have asked there suport if they can take the bo9nus off they refused i then said i will wave my winnings if they can just bring me back to my initioal deposit they refused. now they are sayingf they cant verify because of the quality of my id doc. ive tryed serveral timesw to get this resolved to no avail i would like u guysd to look at the same documents i sent in to them and u tell me if u cannot verify me from them every othjer casino has had no issues verifying me with the doc i sent in. i question the intellagence of any one whom cannot verify who i am with the amount of information and scans i sent them i even sent a pic of me holding my id now there is no way i can get a selfy holding my card and being able to see the informatioon on the card aswell as my face im sorry that is next to impossible and is crazyness. i was reading on ur web sitye and i fall under the deposit gaurintee u guys say that u will pay it and wut not like reguardless im not sending them any more information because i am afraid of them useing anything to fraud my bank account but i used my bank card to deposit cazn they just or u since u ckllaimm to have a deposit gaurintee pay me my money back ? i want to send u the same diocuments i sent them if u need to verify me and what not but its been 2 months already its only 90 cad but its my money and they [EDIT] which reflects on u guys so basically u stol;e from me because u put ur name on there behalf
