2 weeks before, I Deposit 500€ without Bonus and try many times a withdrawal.

No Chance. I was so lucky with Karamba Casino in baccarat and blackjack that I won € 14,000 in 2 weeks with a € 500 deposit. After verification and documents examination, my payout was not processed by Karamba Casino longer than a week. Often I cancelled the withdrawal and won then more and more.

That is Not right I do Not chosen to play with.

I won € 14,200. I assumed that I would not receive the profit anymore. Also, there was no button in the account as usual for 7 days off until the probably never processed payout. Customer Service promised that my payout would now be processed as soon as possible during the day of my multiple chat requests. But just 7000 euros in September 2019, then I should October 2019 again 7000 euros and the remaining 200 euros profit then for November 2019th A complete payout is not possible according to the guidelines, and since I had a lot of luck and success in baccarat I felt that way for a long time. 14,200 euros profit with 500 euro deposit and that takes there for the payout

the time-out option for 7 days self-exclusion was not offered by karamba casino. So I could not find out with my high fun interventions, whether I would have received my profit in 7-14 days without cancellation. I'm assuming Karamba does not pay, so I put this up for fun. The missions had not been meant seriously. Self-exclusion break option was unfortunately not offered as a button. The withdrawal was in total more than 2 weeks in progress

I sympathise that you were frustrated that you were experiencing issues with the verification process and that you were annoyed that you had waited more than two weeks without receiving your funds. However, the appropriate action at that point was to contact us and highlight the problems you were experiencing getting paid, not to gamble the funds and come to us afterwards looking to get your losses refunded. Your winnings in that situation would have been legitimate, your losses likewise stand.
