Hello,

i played at karamba and won 9850€. The Site cancelled all my winnings due to the following reasons:

i paid in 200€ and got 400€ bonus on top so i started with 600€. i then started playing with 5€ bets on Legacy of dead cause in Terms was written 50cent a winline is ok... so i decided to put 50cent a winline and play. i missed that there was also a maxbet of total 4€ with that offer. so i checked that after i already made around 100x 5€ spins. after that i continued only making 4€ spins around 3500 spins to complete the wagering.

i won huge and i am pretty sad that they took away all my winnings.

i can understand that i made a small mistake but i cant accept in result being scammed for around 10000€ winnings.

i can accept if they want to keep some of the winnings for the 5€ spins i made and payout only the winnings from the 4€ spins. but freezing my hole balance and taking all my winnings is not fair in that case.

I cant imagine that this is legal how they are acting.

please help me getting at least something of my winnings back please.
