I have a missing withdrawal for 200 from January 2nd and another missing withdrawal for 502 from the 25th.
They keepnlying that it will be settled soon but yet everytime I inquire they make me repeat my questions and all the chat representatives say is that it will be escalated.
I had withdrawn on the 4th for 202 and there was no problem

I still haven't heard from them they stated It would get settled by Monday then when I contacted chat they said couple more days now its Friday still no email or cash in my account
Its still the same they email me the same response but no action they keep saying it will be settled soon but nothing seems to be happening.
How does a person contact (Worldpay B.v) which is their processing company? Cause they seem to be blaming them yet when they first started to delay my withdrawals after I had done previous successful withdrawals they emailed me asking which account is it?
All of of sudden they don't have the right account numbers???

Now they emailed me stating they were processed but I never recieved anything. I have emailed screenshots to thepogg to show that I never recieved these 2 missing withdrawals
They keep saying they were processed but I never recieved the funds in my account I even emailed them my bank statement and everytime I inquire its a different operator and its always we will escalate it.

They were trying say it was processed and that maybe my bank was withholding these 2 transactions so I went into my bank and I showed them what karamba emailed and they looked and couldn't find they deposits they said were processed.So I got my bank to email me a letter confirming I never recieved the 2 withdrawals in my bank account and emailed it to karamba and submitted tru to chat also.
To thepogg, can someone give me a reply of any sort? I don't know if thepogg has made any contact with karamba they still haven't processed my missing transactions.
I've provided my 2 bank statements plus a letter from my bank and still nothing from karamba.
Same email again stating they were processed but no prove from there processing bank showing the whole transactions of both missing transactions.
Just a letter from karamba showing what I've told them before.
Still stating the same thing yet they have my 2 months of bank statements showing they never arrived in my account as of today March 4th.
Now they are saying they were processed and wont investigate further even though I have constantly provided my 2 months of bank statements and 2 letters from my bank stating I never recieved these 2 missing transactions as of today March 9th 2021. Can somebody from the logo give me a response?? I have created a complaint to the Malta gaming commission to make a complaint against karamba of constantly lying making excuses of why I haven't recieved my legitimate winnings in a timely fashion. Hi Alookla,
The operator has provided us with receipts showing that they have transferred your payments and they inform us that they have provided you with the payment information. You need to contact your bank with this information and your bank should be able to trace the payments.
Please revert to us with the response from your bank.

To thepogg I have emailed you the letter from my stating that these 2 missing withdrawals still haven't arrived in my account as of today March 15th 2021. As the letter states my bank representative thinks they messed up my personal bank information and sent/deposited to somebody else's account. I have never changed my personal bank information on karamba and its always been the same since I opened my account with karamba. [EDIT]

I have contacted my bank and they are saying they can't trace the transactions because karamba needs to do the tracing themselves because they are the ones that processed them.
They made the mistake of sending funds to somebody else's account and need to trace them and recall them and credit my account once they locate where they sent them to.
I have never changed my personal bank information within karamba, they are the ones the messed up my bank account information and they should be the ones tracing where they sent it and recalling it.
I have requested a letter from my bank and I will be emailing to care at karamba and to thepogg complaint department.
plus I would like to see email or receipts that karamba has provided to thepogg.
With what they have provided me with is the wrong withdrawal information I did for $202 which is the last one that successfully came in on the 4th of jan 2021.
They know the 2 missing withdrawals are for $200 I withdrew on jan 6th and the other missing withdrawal is for $502 I withdrew on jan 25th 2021
If they had done it right I would've received them already but like I have stated repeatedly, I still haven't recieved them as of today March 17 2021.

They say they processed them but they made mistakes on the bank information and sent it to somebody elses bank account

It is obvious they made mistakes on the transactions since I never recieved them
Its always we will escalate this again but its always the same response that they processed them but yet its goin on 2 months I still haven't recieved the $200 from jan 6th and the $502 from jan 25th withdrawals
If they would've done the transactions correctly I wouldn't be still on here making a complaint that I still haven't recieved my funds.
They keep asking the same questions and send wrong transactions when I ask for the exact details for my bank.
They are the ones that need to trace/recall/retrieve these missing transactions not my bank since karamba/processing company are the ones that made mistakes on my missing transactions.
Its not my fault the messed up my personal bank information
They had my correct bank information since I opened an account on karamba and I had just done a withdrawal on the 4th of january for $202 and that is the last one to make it successfully to my bank account
I had done previous withdrawals in dec 2020 and November 2020 with the same bank account information and they successfully arrived each time.
Same response as before, they processed them but they won't admit to sending it with the wrong bank information and to somebody elses account.
They are not investigating this matter correctly.
I have provided past 2 months of bank statements, letters from my bank stating they still haven't arrived as of today March 22 2021.
They need to trace these 2 missing withdrawals correctly and recall them.
That should be their duty its not my banks duty to trace these missing transactions.
They are the ones that made the mistake of inputting incorrect bank information that wasn't the correct personal bank information that they've had of mine ever since I opened an account on karamba.
Plus they keep sending incorrect transaction of the $200 missing withdrawal.
They keep sending the $202 transaction from jan 4th which is the last successful withdrawal to make it to my bank.

Kind Regards [EDIT] Account Manager: Here is the response they emailed me. I replied what does my deposits have to do with my missing withdrawals?? I deposited tru my bank tru gigadat and it doesn't say "etrnafer to karamba" on my bank etransfers. They have all my successful deposits on my karamba account under my transaction history, which I do tru gigadat. Just another delaying tactic and not trying to correct their mistakes of sending my withdrawals out without confirming they had my correct bank information. I am still looking for my withdrawals to arrive and hope thepogg can get on their case and get this corrected. I have provided all the documents bank statements letters from my bank and still they are using delaying tactics. Isn't this a form of business fraud?? Rhey are not living up to their policies regulations and keep me goin in circles. I have proven multiple times that I never recieved these 2 withdrawals as kf today March 24th 2021.
I still haven't recieved my funds from karamba as of today March 27th 2021
They need to get this corrected they keep making excuses and another thing I noticed was they never emailed me anything for a confirmation when I made them withdrawals, aren't they required by law to email customers confirmation details for withdrawals??

I have cc'd "thepogg" my banks statements and the latest letter from my bank representative and resubmitted my bank statements for january and February to karamba (multiple times now) and plus letters(5) from my bank representative stating these withdrawals still haven't arrived as of today April 4th 2021.
I dont understand why it is hard for them to not see that these withdrawals I did on those specific days are not in my bank account plus the letter clearly states they never arrived as of today April 4th 2021.
another thing i noticed is why isn't this complaint on the main pogg complaints section under "karamba site complaints?" I didn't log in and went tru the karamba site complaints and couldn't find this complaint of mine on there?
You can close this complaint they finally sent the $700 to my muchbetter account.
I dont know if it was your involvement with my complaint or my constant complaint with their chat representatives or if it was my last chat that to show them where the mistakes were with their transactions they provided that they finally realized the mistakes they made but its all good now and thanks for your assistance

I'm glad to hear that. The operator informs us that they have been unable to locate the missing payment via the payment processor so far, but that they will continue to pursue this independently.
