Karamba - Payment delay

Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolve their issue on their own.

Player's Complaint

Karamba payed me fast on the two first attemnts on 5000NOK and 10000NOK.

And i like the casino and played more there and was lucky and won more.

13.10 i tried to withdrawal 30000NOK. They said to me that they had transfered the money to my neteller account. But neteller had decline the transaction. So they told me to take contact with Neteller.

When i did that Neteller told me that they have not decline any transaction to my account.

They ask for a transaction ID. When i contact Karamba again and ask for the transaction ID they told me that finance at Karamba at fix the issue and everything was in order. But the need one more document from me. They needed me to take a selfi with my ID. I did that right away and uploaded it to them. And order a new withdrawal. I have reiceved email from them that my withdrawal is ok and will be payed out within 24h. But that isnt happen. I have been in contact with them several times on live chat the last week. They say to me that they have some technical issues. But i just think they trie to stall this so i will gamble up my winnings. Can you please take contact with them for me?

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
