Karamba - payout

Ruling

Found for the Casino - This player has exceeded the maximum allowed bet term while playing with a bonus. As such there is nothing we can do to help them.

Player's Complaint

Karamba refuses to pay me out. I had an active casino bonus which I also implemented.

I ask for help.

Karamba's rejection refers to a non-active sports betting bonus. That's what the live chat told me.

I have pointed out that I have played through the casino bonus with casino. I have not yet received an answer.

Hi tradi45, I've discussed this issue with Karamba. In the 14th of February you deposited €50 and claimed €50 bonus. The bonus terms and conditions at Karamba include the following:

"When a bet abuses the betting system – regardless of which game it was placed on – it will not count towards a player’s wagering requirements. If the player placed single bets equal to or greater than £4 or £0.50per line, or 15 percent of the bonus amount before the wagering requirements for the bonus have been met, we reserve the right to withhold any amount in excess of the player’s original deposit from a player’s withdrawal."
You immediately started wagering far in excess of this limit. That being the case, sadly there is nothing we can do to help you. All we can suggest is that you ensure to read and agree to any bonus terms and conditions before you accept a bonus in future. Sorry we could not be of further help. ThePOGG
