Resolved - Karamba Casino have informed us that this player has been paid. The player has been non-responsive to our requests for updates so we assume they are happy.

Player's Complaint

Won on 27th Oct advised account verified on 29th Oct and funds processed. Not received in my account so i raised a query waa told there was technical proplems on there site- waited a couple of days then contacted them again as still not received I raised a second esculation of my account. I have called emailed and been on chat every day since and still have no resolution they keep saying email - i have sent loads of emails with no response from them
